Hello, my name is Briana Fitzgerald, and I am an Argentine-Canadian English teacher based in Buenos Aires.

I come from a multicultural background, which has greatly influenced my approach to teaching. My Canadian father instilled in me a strong work ethic, while my Argentine mother, a fashion designer, taught me the importance of etiquette, patience, and attention to detail—qualities I bring into the classroom every day.

I lived in Canada for over 10 years, where I worked in both the Information Technology and fashion industries. This experience allows me to bring a practical, real-world perspective to my lessons. I am currently completing my TEFL certification, focusing on communicative and student-centered teaching methods.

In addition to teaching, I am an Ambassador for an international expat community in Buenos Aires, where I regularly work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

My goal as a teacher is to create a supportive and engaging environment where students feel confident to speak, participate, and enjoy learning English.

In my free time, I enjoy music, singing, learning languages, and watching films and series.
