American style pancakes recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups of self-rising flour
2 cups of semi-skimmed milk
3 eggs
A knob of butter
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Topping:
Dulce de leche
Chopped fruits
Method:
Beat the eggs, salt and butter – at room temperature or slightly microwaved. Slowly add the flour and milk whisk to avoid getting lumps until smooth.
Drizzle a splash of oil or place a knob of butter into a large pan on a medium heat, then add the batter, a spoonful at a time – you’ll need to work in batches, cooking them for a few minutes, or until golden on the bottom, then flipping over and cooking for a few minutes more until they’re done. When they are golden and fluffy, serve them right away with dulce de leche and seasonal fruits. Or, heat them in the oven until nicely warm for latter consumption.
