American style pancakes

Ingredients:

2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups semi-skimmed milk
2 large eggs
Butter
Salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping:

Dulce de leche
Chopped fruits

Method:

Beat the eggs, salt, and softened butter. Slowly whisk in the flour and milk until smooth. Heat a pan with oil or butter, then pour in the batter a spoonful at a time. Cook until golden, flip, and cook until done. Serve warm with dulce de leche and fruits, or reheat in the oven for later.
